The Learning Route in Rwanda: best practices
1) Rwanda Nutrition Stakeholders & Action Mapping
Learning areas: multi stakeholders coordination, planning at national level to foster nutrition.

2) Communication for behavioural change through radio soap opera: Land’O Lake and URUNANA DC experience​
Learning Areas: communication for behavioural change, social mobilization, and integrated approach to nutrition.​

3) Strengthening Pro- poor Public Private Partnership to fight malnutrition, the experience of DUHAMIC-ADRI and SOSOMA.
Learning areas: social mobilization towards nutrition, marketing, integrated approach, involvement of the private sector
4) Milk way to enhance nutrition from the producer to the consumer passing through the national policy framework: the successful experience of Nyanza’s dairy production.
Learning areas: nutrition sensitive value chain development, advocacy, social mobilization, social marketing​
5)Decentralization and operationalisation of nutrition intervention at district level: the case of SUN Alliance in the Gisagara district

The Journey and our Champions
The 5 best practices were by the SUN Alliance (Rwanda SUN Civil Society Alliance), who responding to the learning needs flagged by other CSAs selected best practices that demonstrated to be successful (evidence of success) in addressing the specific challenges (e.g. multi-stakeholder coordination, operationalisation of nutrition policy, sensitization etc).

Each case study has been presented by the "Best Practice" Champions. The Champions are local actors that demonstrated to be instrumental for the achievement the success. The Champions are the trainer, service providers during the Learning Route.
