The following CSA will participate to the LR in Rwanda

Each CSA is sending a delegation of 3 people with diverse and complementary expertise

​

In total we received 130 applications from 14 countries.
​

Criteria: to select individual applications

​

  • Commitment and motivation of the candidate

  • Decision making role within her/his belonging organization (to ensure that any learning and new idea gained during the LR will be shared with the other members and applied to improve the organization's performance)

  • Skill diversity and expertise

Criteria: to identify the country delegation

“Best team to work together”

  • Come from different member organizations;

  • Represent SUN operations at national, subnational and community level

  • Have already history of work together or a willingness to work together (since they will have to work together before, during and after the LR)

  • Gender diversity
